This is the Privacy Policy of ClassiConn Dortmund GmbH & Co. KG, Mallinckrodtstr. 320, 44147 Dortmund, Germany, registered in the commercial register of the local court of Dortmund under HRA 18218, represented by its personally liable shareholder, ClassiConn Verwaltungs GmbH, at the same place, registered in the commercial register of the local court of Dortmund under HRB 28127, represented by its Managing Directors Tim Lemke and Benedikt Stampa, for the use of the online service www.takt1.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as “takt1”).

Under this Privacy Policy, you grant takt1 your consent to collect, store and use your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Please read the following Privacy Policy carefully.

 

1. Admissibility of data processing

1.1 According to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), data processing and use is permitted provided the BDSG or another law allows it or if the individual has consented thereto. The BDSG allows data processing and use should this happen in the context of the purpose of a contract or a similar relationship of trust. Data processing is also allowed insofar as its purpose is to protect the legitimate interests of the storage office or that of a third party, e.g., the receiver, is mandatory and there is no reason to believe that the legitimate interests of persons concerned outweigh the exclusion of processing or use, or that they hold such legitimate interests.

2. Data collection and storage

2.1 In order for you to use takt1, and for takt1 to contact you, we need to store certain data, including information given voluntarily by you when visiting our takt1 website, i.e. your name, address, e-mail address, as well as information that is automatically collected, i.e. IP address and cookies. takt1 stores such data and assigns them to your user account.

2.2 Payment data are not stored by takt1, but transferred to and processed by the respective payment service used by the user (or, in case of direct debit payment, processed by takt1 directly). Payment data like credit card or PayPal information are not stored. Takt1 works with external payment services (as of now, Payone GmbH, https://www.payone.de/, in the future also PayPal, www.paypal.de), which require each payment to be made separately on each new order/transaction.

 

3. Data use and transfer

3.1 Your data are only used for your authorization with takt1 (authentication by cookie and IP address) and for transferring information that you request from us.

3.2 We also use your e-mail address for our own marketing activities, e.g. sending newsletters by e-mail, provided that you have granted us consent to do so. You can unsubscribe from receiving these newsletters at any time.

By registering for our newsletter, which you need to confirm through the "double opt-in" process (confirmation via E-Mail link), you grant your consent to the use of your first name, last name and E-Mail address for promotional purposes. We shall submit the newsletter directly. Your consent to receive a newsletter by E-Mail is revocable at any time. In each newsletter, you will find a link which allows withdrawing your consent. You can unsubscribe from receiving this information at any time via mail. Please use the contact information as shown in our Imprint.

3.3 This website uses cookies should you accept their use. Cookies are placed by us as they are necessary for statistical analysis purposes of, for example, the number of visitors and pages retrieved. We assure you that no personal information such as your E-Mail address, shall be collected or stored in this context. Cookie data is processed anonymously or by means of a pseudonym.

4.2 According to the BDSG, you shall be entitled under certain circumstances to free correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data in our files. Data held for billing and accounting purposes shall not be affected by an opposition or deletion request. In any case, you shall be entitled to free information at all times. Upon request, takt1 informs you free of charge about the type of data stored about you, the purpose of storage, and any possible recipients or types of recipients in accordance with § 34 BDSG.

4.3 Upon request, we correct, block or delete your personal data in accordance with § 35 BDSG. Your personal data stored will be deleted when you revoke your consent to such storage, when knowledge of such data is no longer required for the purpose for which they were stored, or when storage is or becomes inadmissible for any other legal reasons.

 

5. Registration and use of takt1 via Facebook and Google

5.1 takt1 can be used via the function “Facebook-Connect”. With “Facebook-Connect” the user links their Facebook account to their takt1 account. This link grants takt1 access to the user’s basic user information (i.e. information that the user displays publicly on Facebook) and e-mail address stored in their Facebook account. Facebook is the provider of “Facebook-Connect” and gives information on how it functions under https://www.facebook.com/help/405977429438260/.

5.2 You may also register with takt1 via a “Google-Account“. In this case, the user links their Google account to their takt1 account. This link grants takt1 access to the user’s basic user information (i.e. information that the user displays publicly on Google+) and e-mail address stored in their Google account. Google is the provider of this function (https://accounts.google.com/signup).

 

6. Google Analytics

6.1 The Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information about your use of the website generated by the cookie will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In case IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated within the member states of the European Union or other members of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases shall the full IP address be submitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
